1. About these terms
These terms apply to the coming-soon website operated by Nophi Studios, trading as Nophi Games ("Nophi", "we", "us" or "our"). Contact us at info@nophigames.com with questions about the website or these terms.
Please use the website in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled; reading or using the website does not constitute consent to optional personal-data processing.
2. Games in development
Our games are in development. References to upcoming games, loading animations and "Coming soon" messages are previews, not promises of a release date, availability, development percentage or particular features.
The current website does not sell games, virtual items or subscriptions and does not provide player accounts. If we release games or paid services, the applicable product terms, age requirements, price, purchase conditions and privacy information will be provided before you use or purchase them. These website terms do not remove any rights you may have under those arrangements or applicable law.
3. Permission to use the website
You may access and view the website for your personal, lawful use. This permission does not transfer ownership of the website, its software or its content to you.
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, disrupt its operation, impersonate Nophi or infringe another person's rights. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit any legally protected use.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Nophi or its licensors own the rights in the website's branding, artwork, text, design and other content. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit that content without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
If you believe website content infringes your rights, email info@nophigames.com with details identifying the content, your rights and how we can contact you. We will assess the report and take appropriate action.
5. Messages and feedback
You are responsible for the messages and materials you send us and must have the right to share them. Do not send unlawful material, malicious files or information you do not want us to receive.
You keep ownership of materials you send. Sending feedback does not transfer ownership of your work to us or grant us permission to use your name, likeness or materials for marketing. We may use your message as needed to respond to you and discuss your suggestions. If broader rights are needed, we will agree them separately.
6. Email and external services
The Contact Us link opens an email addressed to info@nophigames.com in your chosen email application. Sending a message is your choice.
The website may link to third-party resources. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. We may update the website or remove content as our plans develop.
We may update these terms and will show the revised date. Where a change requires additional notice or agreement under applicable law, we will provide it. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired.
8. Responsibility and statutory rights
Website information is provided for general information about Nophi. We take reasonable care but cannot promise that every item will always be complete, current or free from error.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. In particular, these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule, waive statutory remedies or shorten a mandatory period for bringing a claim.
Any future sale of digital content or services will be subject to applicable consumer protections. Where a loss of a withdrawal right requires express consent and acknowledgement, merely browsing this website or reading these terms will not provide that consent.
9. General provisions
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive it.
These terms apply to the current website. Any rights and protections that apply to you under mandatory law remain unaffected.
